With AMIs, you can keep records of the maintenance and expenses for practically any size fleet of vehicles. Record the date, vehicle#, odometer reading, service category, service provider, cost and notes. Each record can also be marked as business expense or not and as covered under warranty or not. Numerous pre-defined reports are available to list the maintenance/expense records for all vehicles, any selected vehicle, category or service provider, for any date range. These reports show a total cost for the listed service items and are useful for tax and other business cost reporting. Other program features include: data export in dbase format, a task scheduler for all the vehicles so you can tell at a glance what service is due when, on-line context-sensitive help, an on-line editable calendar which can also be printed out, built-in access to both the Windows Calculator and Notepad, and an easy-to-use install/uninstall procedure and sample files.Additional features in the registered version are: a built-in data backup/restore option, custom (user defined) reports and options to auto display calendar at program start and automatically prompt for data backup at program close.
