Better Ear helps you develop your musical abilities. It teaches you how to both recognize and sing notes by learning fixed-DO solfege. Starting with simple lessons, Better Ear gradually and automatically adds more difficult levels only after you have mastered easy levels. Better Ear accepts MIDI input, microphone input, typing, and on-screen clicking for answers; when you sing or play your instrument into a microphone, Better Ear will show you how close you are to the pitch.
Better Ear is a free to try software. You can free download and try it for an evaluation period.
