Blade is a software based non linear video editing and compositing application that handles DV, uncompressed, and HD. The output and the picture quality is heads above what most other editing applications provide. Blade is known for being open frame rate, open resolution editor that accepts most any format and outputs to most any format as well with high end subcompressors and extremely customizable settings. Blade is the only editor that marries horizontal and verticle editing for the fastest in editing hotkeys which professional editors need. Blade is used for DV Film, HD Film, DTV, MPEG, DVD, and web formats as well.
