Delete Duplicate Files is a tool designed for detecting and deleting duplicated files. Scanning Methods There are 3 scanning methods: Classic, Hash and Light. In short, this is what the program does regarding scanning methods:Classic - Compares entire file contentsHash - Compares file's hash valuesLight - Compares file's dates and sizes Filters Filters are intended to narrow up the search. Following filters are available:Match Name (example: My Document)Match Extension (example: doc)Match Size (KB) (example: 200) Filters are inclusive (it is possible to specify "all" or "any" filters match). Action Action that can be taken on detected duplicates can be:Delete to Recycle Bin (default)WipeMove to Custom Folder Log feature gives user a transparent overview of past program activities.
