Home Server SMART is a Windows Home Server add-in for monitoring the health of your PATA/SATA/eSATA disks in your WHS. Most PATA, SATA and eSATA disks are supported. Support for USB, IEEE 1394 and most SAS implementations is more limited, but they too can be monitored.
Home Server SMART is a completely free software. You can free download and use it as long as you like.
