HomeBoy is a program that allows children to write short stories in order to have them read back. It uses Microsoft's 'Text-To-Speech' engine and with the help of animated characters (MS Agents), the stories are brought to life on your PC. There are 120+ commands and 200+ animations embedded in the list of actions performed by the animated character (Merlin, Genie, Peedy or Robby). For example: Applaud, Think, Read, Write, Yawn, Sleep, Smile, Wave wand, Eat, Spin, Calculate, etc.Also written into HomeBoy is a Tic-Tac-Toe game with five levels of artificial intelligence (AI), and a Riddles game (with 150 riddles to solve on 5 levels) ... ALL with relevant and interactive character animations.
