Lets users easily manage their class path (either under the Sun or the Microsoft VMs). It also allows users to manage your regular environment paths (they require a reboot to take effect) as well as any other entry in the registry as if it were a ';' delimited path. All management can be done using drag and drop reordering and drag and drop adding of files and directories.
