Russia changes array phone codes. All array codes that have a first symbolzero will be changed. Number four replaces the first symbol in array codes.For example, array code of Moscow changes from 095 to 495. There is largequantity of phone numbers in contacts of Microsoft Outlook, Windows addressbook, phone book of cellular phones, PDA, mail services in the web likeYahoo!Mail, GMail, @mail.ru and so on. If you have big numbers of contactsin Russia, a manual recoding of phones will take a great lot of time.The InspiritSystems presents a program PhoneRecoder that allows you toperform recoding phone arrays quick and easy.
