Stills Forever is a cataloging system. It is capable of indexing up to one Million items, Photographs and other documentary material. All entries can be split up into an Unlimited number of categories. With each entry the user has the ability of entering details on: Year Area Location General Description Each item entered can be placed in more than one category. This provides the user with a more accurate search criteria. Users setup their own categories which will apply to their specific needs. For example if you are a Landscape photographer you could create categories such as Hills, Lakes etc. It could also be used in a number of other situations, some of which are shown below: Historic Documentation Cataloging Photographic Library Personal Snapshots Stamp / Postcard Collecting and much much more... Users are able to add, modify and delete all entries within the system, thus enabling complete control over the cataloging system. Users can also place an image with each item listed, enableing you to have a complete view over all photographs / documents listed. Images are resized to fit the image box within the program at the same ratio as the original photograph.
